Either T-Mac worm or Grandebass Airtail. Floating tails work best for me...

I've been on a bit of a full Zinker kick on a Shroom type head with an EWG hook lately. It works. You can also fish them on a shaky head, but if you use a spring type keeper you have to heat it up to get the Zinker on it. Super glue it to the head, it will then be pretty durable.

Last few years I've gotten into the Zoom Fat Finesses. Maybe cuzz I use it as a Neko and the fat head takes the insert weights well and she skips phenomenally. The Davis and Picasso shakey heads I have on my list to try. Kinda have that O'ShawnIsee bend on the hook. Randy's Blanket recommends these two. Up until now I have a hodge podge of shakey heads so willing to checkout what Randy recommends.

Zoom finesse worm or trick worm. You can keep experimenting and try every worm under the sun, but those two have always caught em and always will

I think 5 inch stickbaits are overlooked for shakyhead (still searching for the perfect jighead though). The t-mac is my choice for a thin body option.
