    Pork Loin Rib Roast

    Found this puppy for just over $10 at the grocery. Obviously, it went home with me.

    Smoke only for a couple of hours, followed by 350F until the internal temp reached 145F.
    Used a mix of apple and pecan, great flavor. Rubbed it with Traeger Pork and Poultry.
