    LVS34 perspective mount?

Does the LVS34 require a separate Perspective Mount like the 32? Noticed on the BPS website when deciding that the PM was offered up as a “pair this up” option on the 32 but not do in the 34. Does the 34 already come equipped to switch or is another mount required?

Not to hijack, does it have to mounted with the perspective mount?

No. It can be mounted on the motor housing or on the troll motor shaft without using the perspective mount.

Just make sure you use the 8* mount if not using the perspective mount. And I used the allen bolt as the knob loosens up too much.

Do yourself a favor and get the Fish Obsessed mount, you won’t be sorry. I used the stock Garmin perspective mount for a while but this is much better.

Just curious, why you use the 8* instead of 0*. I found I got better results with the 0* on the LVS32.

Pretty pricey. What’s the main benefit?

Where did you mount the transducer, to the troll motor shaft?

I use a separate pole so I can turn it independent of the trolling motor.

The 8 degree mount is for mounting on the troll motor shaft so the transducer doesn't "see" the motor. 0 degree mount is used for mounting a pole.

Easy one handed adjustment from forward, down or perspective, to start. You can adjust perspective mode 10 degrees up or down. It is also a 0 degree mount vs 8 degree. Watch the video on their website to see how it adjusts.
