Removing target lock?

So I added mega Live and tartlet lock to my boat a couple weeks ago with 4 helix mega SI units Gen 4 all updated and working properly for 2 weeks with target lock installed with no problems. I decided to take the target lock off and mount the live transducer to the TM for a while. I connected the Ethernet cable from the transducer to the same cable i used before to the box and the power wire to the connector that I was using before with target lock. My units would not recognize the mega live? Is there something I need to do to my units to run mega live without the target lock? Asking here first before I call Tech support.

No power to the transducer. I took the plug apart for the power wire and checked the voltage to make sure i was getting power. Put a little dielectric grease on the plug and put it back together and it it worked. I shut it down 3 times and and turned on all my units with 360 and it worked every time.
