I mostly use soft Dead ON. SDG lures on YouTube uses bait plastics but I don't remember the number but I want to try it. 242 maybe?

MF all the way - Super soft for most worm/creature baits - Medium stretch for Flukes and Swimbaits

Depends what you trying to accomplish, trailer, finesse, does it have to float or sink, is durability or softness important.

Worms, leaches, tad poles and I could even argue some baitfish, chubs being one of them.

You guys saying MF medium are you using the floating or sinking? I would think if you are pouring craws/worms that type of stuff the floating would be best so they stand up underwater?

Worms are not bass food... Never saw one in a lake that a person or bird didn't drop in ...

Even hard plastisol is softer than their everyday "Food"

Floating for most things. But do use sinking as some customers want sinking worms and jerkbaits.

I have always used Calhouns, From Bears and then Bait junkies. Tried to get more but Calhoun sales rep never got back to me. I just got Bait Plastics and am very happy with the plastisol. I got Hard for tubes and soft for sticks. I will mix as needed for craws and such. I used Ebay and got a slight discount for getting two gallons. Very fast shipping. So far, no burns or bad smell.
