Love making positions

A sex therapist was conducting a group class and asked those present how many positions there are for love making. He got many answers, someone said 10, another 20 and other numbers. One guy in the back of the classroom yelled out 100. The instructor ignored his responce and asked the person who had said 10 positions to name them. He startede out saying the missionary position with the woman on her back with the man on top was the most known and used position. The guy in the back of the class yelled out 101!
