Has anyone ever seen a lure like this?

Was about 10 yards from a guy who was jigging crappie with a lure that looked like this. The best way to describe it is it looked to me like an inline spinner like maybe a mepps with two sets of weedless brushes on the top. I’ve never seen anything like it didn’t know if anyone’s came across something that resembled this before..

The only problem is snagless sally has the weed guards on the hook not the front of the spinner. Might be something he tied on the front. Just a regular spinner

The snagless sally doesn’t look quite the same. I searched the net for hours to no avail. Im guessing it was some type of custom setup for fishing brush piles..

Looks like an old Mepps spinner with a home made weed guard.

I have seen it (and may still have one) that is an inline buzz bait, not spinner.
