Bow touch pad quit

2015 z521c issue.
Was hooking up an accessory to the bow touch pad and had a test light hooked up. Turned the accessory switch on and it light up fine.
Then all switches light up and light goes out. Couldn't get anything to work. Now forward nav lights don't work or the horn.
Would all this happen if touch pad goes bad?
I Turned power off and left overnight and turned back on this morning thinking it might have to reset to no avail.
Unplugged and tested the black and red pins and had 13.3 volts there so touch pad is getting power from stern.
Any suggestions?

I had bow pad go out on my 2018 520L and nav lights were inop until I replaced the touch pad. Easy to replace. Just be careful with torquing the nuts. Unit tends to short out if over tightened.
