Having Legacy 998c HD SI with the imaging transducer on the back and the shoot thru the hull transducer to the wye cable. Pretty sure the imaging transducer has to be replaced. Does the shoot thru the hull have to be replaced as well?

Not unless it has failed. It has the same 2D piezo that the HDSI transducer has.
