I want to spend some time this winter figuring the Bass bite out on the Potomac. Does anyone have any insight to what depth to fish for winter bass on the Potomac? Traditionally you would fish deeper in the winter but with muddy water thats not usually the case. Its my understanding bass will stay in less than 5 feet deep on hard objects that soak up the sun. Any thoughts on this?
