Found A Very Good Wintertime Golf Ball

When it comes to golf balls, I have always been a Titleist guy. But at $50 a dozen, I wanted to find something that was playable when I wasn't gambling or in a tournament. I think I found it.
Its called a Legato LTX3085. It is a 85 compression 3 pc urethane covered ball. I went through a dozen before making this post. I honestly couldn't tell much if ANY difference between it and a Pro v1.
I got them on Amazon for $29.99 a dozen. At Legatogolf.com they have a deal, buy a dozen get a dozen free for $39.99. Hope this helps.

This ball performs in the wind, checks on the greens, and putts fantastic. It is NOT soft and its not clicky.

I found a bunch of Kirkland (Costco) balls and a few weeks back hit one just to see how it felt. Have to say I was pretty impressed with the distance, spin and feel on the greens in the cold. It is pretty soft which is what I prefer. Not sure I would play it in the summer but have thrown them in my bag.
