Palm Bay Area Comfort Inn I hear a lot use.
BUT
If you go on the Headwaters FB Page there are a few of Private Owners that Rent out Camper Spots, Campers, Homes, Etc to those fishing there. Locals and their pricing is very good.
A lot of places within 30 minutes of the ramp.
I found an Airbnb about 20 minutes from the ramp. Looks good and got great reviews. Price was right. See how it is and go from there. Thanks

Just did a AirBnB search and found this, whole house for $100 a night. can't beat that.

You better be there at o'dark thirty if you plan on getting a parking spot at either place. Or park along the side of the road and get a nice ticket.
There's an overflow lot on opposite side about a 1/8 miles before HW ramp.
All the Out of Towners, pay attention to the comment about O Dark Thirty.....

FYI the ramp is closed December 22nd for maintenance according to the flyer I saw today at the launch.
WE have a house booked for February 27th- March 3rd. Can't wait
True that. Also do yourself a favor & research car washes close by that you can get a truck & boat in/out & take a bunch of quarters !
If you get there at ANY TIME and the Paved lot and Gravel Lot beside it are full (or the idiots have parked so you can't even drive down the Travel Lanes) , they have provided 10 Acres of Overflow Parking right across the Dirt Road.
The entry for it is just before you get to the Entry to HW Ramp and is marked. So you might have to walk 200-300 yards but you will find plenty of room to park.
