    1999 Cherokee 207

Just picked up this boat and noticed there is a 3rd set of battery cables and circuit breaker that is not connected to anything. I assume it would be for a 24v trolling motor??? Anyone know for sure?

    typo… it’s a 1998

Mine came with a 24 volt trolling motor, so if yours isn't that is probably what it is.

Probably for the old 12/24 Trolling motors. Are they Orange and White ? If you're running a 24v or 36v motor and have the Batteries connected in Series, then you won't need these extra wires.

What kind of draft are you looking for, mine is the Vhull also I can fish in 8 to 9 inches of water, I can run in about 2.5 to 3 ft

I wouldn't think so, the wind on the other hand is a different story. Spot lock trolling motor is your friend.
