    Broken HDS 12 screen

    Thanks to a 2oz punching weight, my Lowrance HDS live screen now has a nice crack. The unit still works.

    What are my options to have the screen fixed?

    same thing happened to me. Lowrance does not fix screens. I made a claim to my insurance.

    Lowrance started fixing glass screens. Call customer service and get through to the second tier service. The first tier people are clueless. I had an HDS12 & HDS16 repaired this summer. I think I paid ~$550 to replace the screens on both units.
