    Wheres the best place for new motors looking for a 225 4 stroke Mercury

    Deal with a dealer that you're comfortable with rigging it. You will almost certainly end up ordering an engine (and waiting for it). Like up to 56 weeks.

    You may want to consider a 250R from Mercury Racing. Mercury racings lead times have been considerably less than Mercury Outboard.

    Offshore Performance Specialties in Fort Myers has the largest inventory of engines in the Southeast. They may or may not have one depending on the week. They don't hold anything and if it's there when you call, it's yours
