My dealer has a 14X25 on it to break it in with. Will see if it needs more pitch after that. I will try to get some more pics of it soon.

Got some of the Suzuki break in completed today, the motor is so quiet and has zero vibration, feels & sounds like a Cadillac. I can't go past 3k rpms yet but the boat jumps right onto plane at less than 3k, it also has very responsive throttle. I can't stress how happy I am so far!

I got about half way through the break in on the Zuke. Im at the point where I can run wide open for 5 minutes, It has a 14x25 prop on it now, it hits 6k rpm’s and I still have throttle left and that’s without any trim. GPS is at 60mph, this motor is unbelievable for a 2.9 liter 4 cylinder, it has way more torque than my old motor and overall performance is better. I’m good with the top speed but would like to have a prop that don’t over rev the 6100 limit. Thinking I need a 14x27 or maybe even 14x28 prop?

That's awesome! I seem to recall someone being told they would regret getting a 200 Zuki because it would be to slow and lacking power. LOL. This proves them wrong! Very interested in your final thoughts after break-in and sorting out the prop. I'm not a top speed guy in boats and have no dog in that fight but am interested in how props can change boat behavior.

BTW did you get the drive by wire package or mechanical?

Looking at the pictures, it looks like you are running a 3 bladed prop, but since you say it is a 14x25", it is not a Tempest Plus otherwise it would be a 14.6x25" making it nearly 5/8" larger in diameter.
Is there a specific Suzuki prop for them? and since 6100 rpm is your limiter, I would stay in the 5900-6000 range, unless you like to bang into your limiter when she lightens up off waves.

Since this is a new motor and nearly a 3L, I do hope that it is performing much better than your old motor every did for you in all aspects of use.
Get her propped correctly with your P2P dialed in and enjoy the ride.

No idea what you need, but my 250ss on my 210 procraft runs out real nice with a 14.5 x 28 Suzuki prop. No doubt you will be different though.
