    Thru hull power pole lines.

Anyone got a pic of factory rigged power poles, the thru hull fittings. On a z21 xl

When I ordered mine, dealer told me factory won't install PowerPoles - they had to be dealer installed.

Correct. Too much hassle with shipping and the poles on a truck.

And can't speak about all dealers, but we don't use anything special for the hoses going through. IE: No SS plates, etc. We just use the standard grommets that come with the poles.

Bryan - dealer installed my pumps on the port side in the far corner behind the batteries and charger. The hoses run up behind the poles on top cap with stainless steel clam shell vents. I've had no issues and no water intrusion. As I recall they drilled a 1" hole for the hoses to run through. They also installed the pole 360 RMP anchor light for me. See pics.

Started looking for a place I can drill thru hole for the lines, I have bulkhead plates, so it needs to be flat.

Well dealer installed would work too, especially on a new XL model

The dealer installed the poles at no extra charge - all part of the purchase price. Just not factory install due to stacked shipping of boats I suspect.

Im just looking for a pic of how the thru hull lines are on a XL. Where to drill. Don't care who installed them.

When I redid mine I went horizontally through the top of the splashwell. They're not symmetric, I routed the hoses the best I could and the locations were not the same from centerline. I used the PP rubber grommets which look OK. If I really wanted a slick looking install I'd get the chrome fitting Hydrilla Gear sells. Pricey, but makes a nicer install.
