    2020 21 XRD 250 XS 4-stroke

I’ m running a 2020 21 XRD w/. 2020 250 pro Xs, turning A Bravo “27 1/2” prop. Set 1” below the pad. Tournament loaded. 15” maybe 14,Hydromatic JP, Lithiun 12 volt crankin and Lithium 36 volt trolling, 1- 12 volt charger for the cranking battery and the trolling battery has a in- line charger that runs off the cranking battery. Set up and purchased from Reynolds Racing.bought in freezing temps. So they said they ran it 77 and shut it down. (There was ice on the roads when I drove from Texas to get it). It runs 73 mph @5400 rpm’s. My first Bullet and I haven’t driven through the chime any faster.
    please any comments.
I have a 360 and a live scope on the front. I’m attaching a picture of what a under water bridge looks like on that. If I can

have to upload photos later. Sorry.

You should be a good bit faster than that my XRS 250 will run 76 all day loaded full of fuel and livewells full with 3 of us in it. That’s running a 28 bravo xf but probably would be better with a 27 have never got more than 6k rps out of it. Those lithiums are probably hurting more than helping all your weight is on the front of the boat now. Oh and don’t drive through the chime learn how to make it never start. Will get yourself in a bind trying to drive though it. Be careful and take your time it will come to you. Just make sure your weight is balanced and try to put all your heavier stuff in the back.

The lack of weight in the back can also hurt speed on a Bullet. Not all cases but most likely on the 21's. Also is that 5400 the WOT or do you have more pedal to go? One other possibility is the throttle is not 100% IF you're mashed to the floor.
