2010 mercury 90hp ELPTO shutting off....

I have a 90hp mercury on a 17ft triton. It will start right up and idle fine using choke. I can idle out to no wake and jump right on pad but only runs for 15-30 seconds and it shuts right off. Just like it runs out of fuel. Then I will get it started again and it will do the same thing again then run completely fine the rest of the day. This is 3rd trip in a row it has done this with all 3 times shutting off twice then running fine rest of day. Any ideas of how to correct this?

Running out of fuel a lot of the times is more of a bog than just shutting off. Bulb hard when it happens?

How often are you using it?

    Fuel age?

Engine serial number and Maintenance History will be helpful as well.
