    There is a drug store local to me that has a radio commercial that done a spin off of that song. It refers to all the local small communities in the area they deliver prescriptions to. The pharmacist at the store plays a Les Paul Gibson and sings in a band so it was pretty easy for him to do a spin of that song. It was such a well like radio add he has done multiple versions of areas they have delivered medicine to.
