    Ranger trail popping

My trailer must be flexing throughout the day. I hear these pops all the time. Anyone else have a trailer that pops as temperature changes each day?

Probably a spring mount issue. Search Dexter Spring repair.

Need to check where anything welded together. If you see what looks like a rust streak or a line at area where welded then probably have a crack in the weld under the armor coating paint. I have seen cracked spring hangers for leafsprings. Had rear torsion axle break loose from frame on my previous '04 521 after I seen & repaired crack on a front axle weld. Armor coat paint makes these hard to see.

12' should be UFP torsion bolt on.
Check the torsion arm bolts, better.....replace em with grade 8 bolts.

Yup that’s been done. I’ll crawl under tomorrow and see if I find anything cracked. The popping is with temperature changes while it’s just sitting there.
