There are no aftermarket injectors for your engine.

what is wrong with the current injectors? There are a few services that have good capabilities to clean and possibly resurrect a malfunctioning Evinrude injector.
Here is one shop that can help. https://www.bbmarinesupply.com/. Barnacle Bills marine supply has a Facebook site with videos of the injectors being cleaned.

I would look on EBAY, you can find most anything on EBAY
