Lost Main Power while setting still idling

    Hello,
    2003 Ranger 521 Mercury 250 Optimax SN- 0T652483
Lost Main Power while setting still idling.Lowrance 12" shuts off and motor died.Has done this twice.
First time I waited about 1 min and re entered the factory code and it started and had power.
Second time I checked main breaker and it wasn't tripped.I opened the breaker and close it. Went back and entered factory code
and started. It has done this twice in about 10 trips out.
Any ideas? Keypad, main brain PCB,main Battery.
Thinking I may replace the 50 AMP main breaker. And check for lose connection in Shifter,Batteries, etc.
    Thanks

Check your battery (LOAD TEST), check battery CONNECTIONS, verify battery switch good/clean connections, and look for any problems in the power circuit or ground circuit to the "Module" in the boat.

Battery four years old, past load test but replaced with new Battery.
Replaced main power breaker. Was an 50amp,replaced with an 30AMP per schematics.
Check power cable on motor, and on control PCB.
Will le you know if problem disappers.

Prolly the four year old battery. Hopefully you solved your problem.
