    Toccoa River

    Hey to y’all around Blue Ridge…..

    I am looking for some info about fishing the Toccoa River below Blue Ridge dam. Is it deep enough for a small boat & outboard? Or is it more of a wading river?

    There is a little boat ramp just below the dam, in sight of it. I see small boats up and down there on the water. Be sure and check the generation schedule before you put in as it can be very dangerous if they turn loose too much water at one time. Enjoy and be safe.

    You can use a small boat on the Toccoa River. As has been stated, check the generation schedule!
