    Post Pickwick

I'll be heading down there to Pickwick next week. Staying in the Florence area. I'll probably trailer to the dam area a couple of days too. Any pointers? Is there grass still? If there is grass so what general areas?

    Any info/tips are appreciated!

me too. Supposed to be on fire right now historically but our girl has been stingy lately, fish are quality but few and far between and not in their normal fall transition areas. Main lake grass mats are everywhere from pride landing to Waterloo, with the highest concentrations from smithsonia to brush creek park.

last time there was a big drought, fishing sucked on Pickwick. I haven't been since spring, but been hearing that it is bad. Need some rain and some flow.

Best of Luck . Last week four days with two boats and three guys that know it well. 17 fish total and one keeper. Hopefully this cold weather will get them bunched together.
