1999 Mercury 200 efi Torque Master l/u to standard

So, if you've been following my saga, my boat had a Torque Master lower unit that has given me all kinds of fits.

My question now is will this standard l/u fit what I have and are there any modifications that I have to do in order to swap them out? It can't be as easy as pulling one off and popping new one on right?

My engine serial number is OG803540

    Part# 9148T84 is the direct replacement for Serial# 0G803540.

DON'T waste your money on those Chinese knockoffs. They're "cheap" for a reason.
