    Is anyone using a single 24 volt lithium battery for there trolling motor?

    I use a homemade 24 volt lithium. 120 aH. Can fish for days on a charge!

    I have a 24v Dakota running my Ultrex. So far so good.

    I'll go lithium when I switch to one of the brushless motors. Will be a single 36v though. 80# Ultrex already pulls my 175txw at about 3mph with a Kipewa prop from Tackle Warehouse.
