I have 2 poles and the charge, and both are running on the same app with no issues. the charge and the poles will have their own interfaces but run from the same app. Both the poles and the charge need to be pared with the app for them to show up. Give PP a call they will help you figure it out

Above is correct. Make Note CHARGE has a recent update 2.08. which is smart to run if you have not. While your at it may as well run Firmware search on both CHARGE and POLES.Originally Posted by Phoenix919
