    Hartwell Lodging?

    Evening,

    My partner and I will be at Hartwell for a team event in December, traveling from Kansas. Can anyone recommend a few places to stay at in the Anderson/Green Pond Landing area?

    Not much in that area for lodging, there is a KOA campground with cabins at the entrance to Portman Shoals at the intersection of Highway 24 and 187. Other than that best bet would be at exit 19 A/B (Clemson blvd) most chains are there as well as places to eat. Great tackle shop at Portman Shoals though, Lake Hartwell fishing and marine. If they don't have it you don't need it.
