    Kentucky / Barkley LBL Ramps @ Winter Pool 354

    Can anyone tell me which ramps are ok to put small Tracker boat in @ winterpool.
    Like,
    Smith
    Sugar
    Demembers
    Energy

    I have used these ramps in the summer , but not sure about winter pool.?

    Those ramps should be fine with that light of a boat. I would also recommend a 4 wheel drive, just in case. A pair of waders to pre-test where the concrete lip is would be advisable imo.

    It's been a long time since I have launched on that side of the lake but no issues at Sugar and Smith back then.

    I'd be careful at Energy. Smith, Sugar and Pisgah should be fine. Don't know about Demumbers, but Taylor should be okay. If you're going the other way, Fenton and Jones are good. On the other side, Cherokee and Pacer are no's.

    Yes I have done:
    Fenton @ winter it was good.

    What about Cravens ? very good advise about the waders..
    I will give them to my wife and let her check edge..I have a ton of insurance on her.....LOL

    Demumbers is fine. Are you sure on Taylor? I haven’t looked at it but don’t remember anyone else ever saying it’s ok at 354.

    Cravens is no good at 354, but there is a gravel bank just up the drive from the ramp in back of the bay that is used very easily all through waterfowl season.
