I basically have it where I want it now. If you remember this boat was set up for Crappie fishing with multiple seat mounts and rod holders on the front deck. The gel coat was faded and looked like it had been shot where all the different trolling motors were mounted. But after lots of money and time this is the result. Here is a list of what I've done to get it to this point.

Replaced all latches and upgraded to slam latches
Steve Bishop Hotfoot plate and bow step pad
Compartment light upgrade
Center step from Bullet
Tool holder
Livewell lights
Compartment lid struts
Deck-it console mount for Solix
Wet sanded and buffed with the help from Clayton Fowler
Only thing left is dash, switch and bow panels, which will be here tomorrow
