    Ranger Toon Powder Coat

I build jigs so I know the powder coating process but do not know the process Ranger uses on theses whopper toons. Can anyone confirm if the pontoons are baked for 30 min or so to cure the powder coat? Any Ranger toon owners that have these have any issues with scratching the black powder coating? Also there is a video about these boats being saltwater safe. Any input on that as well? Thanks in advance.

I've had my Ranger 223F for less than a year and keep it on lift under roof and it's way easier to keep good looking than plain alundum . No scratches on mine yet but it seems to be a very good finish on the toons . Also side wall have a great finish .

I have a 2021 Reata 200C with powder coated pontoons. Mine floats in the water 24/7. It still allows for algae build up but they are easier to clean. You can scratch them with any kind of abrasive like a scotchbrite pad.
