I just boat a 19xl pro star. Wonder if anyone even had one and what type of speed she will get.

I do not have that boat but I do have 2004 195 ProXL. When new with an Evinrude 200 HO it was a 72 MPH boat all day. Now she is older, probably has hull blisters and running 200 Pro XS and on it's best day is 70 MPH boat. You do not say what engine you have or what prop so nobody can answer your question. More info needed.

Sorry.. I have an 200hp EFI. Right now it has a 25 tempst but it came with the boat and has a lot of nicks in it. I have only run it for about 10 minutes when buying it. I need to find the right prop for it

Take it out and run it. Record time to get on plane, top speed, RPM at top speed. Also measure your prop shaft to pad height distance. It should be around 3.5 inches. Post all your info and someone will be able to help you. You can also post in the boat set-up section.

Probably both. One for the summer and the other for the winter,to keep your RPM,s in range.

so I took the boat out today and I got it to 60mph at 6000rpm's but still had a lot of throttle left. I do not think the rpm's are right. I am running a 25p tempest and it has a lot of dings in it. Should I go to a 26P??? I have not checked the prop to pad yet.

6000 should be about hitting rev limiter. if plenty of throttle left you tach is wrong

a 25p 4 blade or 26p 3 blade about what I would think you would need based on what my stratos used and worked with? send to marks propellers for a refresh

Besides your tach possibly being wrong, the prop could be the issue as well. Without using a known good and true prop, one has no idea what is really going on. Even a prop that looks great can be way out of spec because some pleasure boat prop shop just ground out damage and cleaned it up to look pretty.
