2003 triton tr-21 best prop

I have a 2003 triton tr-21 with a 2018 250 pro xs with a 26 fury 2 people and 3/4 a tank of fuel I can run 70 mph turning 5550 rpm
25 fury 2 people half tank 72 mph @ 5600 rpm
24 fury by my self half tank 72.5 @ 5850 rpm, with 2 people 71 at 5780
25 tempest 2 people half tank 71@ 5550 rpm
27 tempest 2 people half tank 71 a 5450 rpm
What would be the best prop to run , I have had several dealers look at my motor and they say nothing is wrong with it , I feel like it should be turning more rpm’s

I run 2 batters and have 2 8 foot power poles

I just went through the same process with my new to me 07 21X HP

Based on mine, I'm surprised you lost/ gained minimal rpm between your prop changes. Tempest 27 on mine ran 74mph, 5500. The 26 ran 72mph, but was at 5900/6000.

Fury 26 is 77mph at 5550/5600. I kinda want to try a Fury 25 to see the rpm gain, but not sure it would equal mph's or have the 26 sent off for a balance/ blueprint and fine tuning.

I have a hydraulic jack plate and can run it up and down and it made no difference in speed except on the Fury 26. The Tempest would just gain or loose 50 rpm or so running the JP up and down on the top end but no speed change.

Hole shot has been best with the Fury 26 all plugs removed, anywhere from 3.5 to 2 PTP and its all about the same

2018 250 2s pro xs was a weak motor compared to earlier years! ask this in the prop section in top area and the set up area also. mike lohn is a set up guru. what is your prop to pad measurement?

A 27p Tempest . 2inch below the pad.
But you got them power poles.
