    NY hotels near henderson harbor

HI guys Going up to Henderson Harbor in Aug 24,25,26 to do the Cashion rod tournament out of Henderson Harbor. I am looking for a hotel near buy to stay at . The Aspinwall is booked. Can anybody suggest a near buy hotel that is boater friendly for a stay. thinking of Watertown? or just get a room near Clayton and make the drive.
Obviously need ample parking and outside elec. and safe secure parking. Thanks Chris

Not much out there. I would stay in watertown. I stayed in the Sunset twice. Pretty nice, but parking is tough. They even have docks, but they are too high for a bass boat. https://thesunsetmotelny.com/

Thanks for the reply. But they have no power hook-up for recharging.

I would advise against staying in watertown.. firstly I don’t know if any hotels that are boat friendly in the city. Secondly, I do quite a bit of design and technical engineering work for the City and while it’s getting better, its still not a great place That I would feel comfortable staying in with a boat.. If you do, make sure you bring in all of your tackle and gear inside.

Here’s a few places you could check out. AirBnB would be a great option as well. Rent a whole property for cheaper than a mid priced hotel room.

Thanks guys. This is what I was afraid of. Looks like I get a place in Clayton and drive down in the Am. Its only 35 40 min and that early in the morning its not that bad.
    Thank you.

There are a lot of places to stay in Pulaski - they have motels and cabins on every stretch of main road through town. River House is a great place to grab dinner.

YES!!! The first time we launched there it was like HOLY CRAP!!! Got to have the right approach to the launch then figuring out the angle to back down without hitting anything
