    Non fishing question,

    Thought I heard toll rates on bridges over Ohio river are increasing dramatically.
    Can someone verify this?
    I 65, in particular.

    Not true! They go up every July incrementally. If you have a transponder, the rate for a car or pickup is now $2.40. It is $6.00 if pulling a boat. The rates are substantially higher if you don't have a transponder or if you have not registered your vehicle with Riverlink and prepaided your account.

    I “thought” I heard the rate was tied into the inflation rate, and since it has
    shot thru the roof, then the tolls went at the same rate. Guess I’m wrong.

    Every time I cross that bridge, they no longer snail mail me a bill. I have to go online, log in, and pay the toll. I probably owe them now.
