Shout out to Sherm for his customer service. I was in MN for a week trip and had a electrical problem. Sherm took the time to help me over the phone to troubleshoot the problem. I lost power to the main power toggle switch feeding the console and bow. He walked me through and on his guidance I found a lose terminal screw on the transom terminal block. Saved two days on my trip and that’s why I purchased my rig from him.

Sherm is great to deal with and will take the time to talk with you and answer all your questions. I bought my 2021 Lynx from him and my next boat (puma sts) will come from him.
