106/ Transducer issue

Setting up a new 106. It pops up transducer not connected. However you can hear the transducer pulse when turning on the sonar. It will stop when you disable all sonar. It came with the GT54 it does the same thing with my GT56.
I have visually inspected the pins on all of the connectors. I haven't had a chance to hit them with the multi meter.
The odd part is that I don't remember this issue until after I let Active Captain sync with the new unit.
Also it will not run in simulator, I get an error message about missing files.
Any one have a solution? Before I call customer service.

Have you tried to hold in on the sides tight?.Buddy had it on his 93sv and they sent a new cradle and no issue
