2021 Ranger Trolling motor/cranking wiring question

Hey guys. I’m trying to figure out what I’m the world a few wires are….pics are below. There is a blue shield of some kind on the 1st tm battery. It wraps around the positive wires of batt 1 of the series. From there, there are a number of low voltage wires/harness that split and attach to both the last tm battery of the series as well as the cranking battery. What I’m the world is this??? The boat has Lowrance electronics. Is it possibly a filter to reduce interference. The blue box that wraps the wires is branded LEM. Anyone know?00CBDBED-B52A-490B-AD1C-1AB5F5ABAF91.jpeg3533928E-5FCF-4025-8256-E9B92D92836B.jpeg

Do you have a Dual Pro battery gauge? Is it the lithium version?

    It’s a current transducer.
