I'm already taking 10mg. It doesn't do much for me other than helps me sleep deeper when I FINALLY fall asleep! I need something that will make me go to sleep well outside my normal bedtime.

My recommendation is to skip the advil pm’s due to the taxing on your liver. Go straight to pure Diphenhydramine which is the chemical in Advil PM’s that makes you sleepy. Nyquil sells it as a sleep aid.
Melatonin never really worked for me. I felt like it didn’t help me fall asleep and when I woke up I was more exhausted than when I first went to bed. Kind of like Xanax, everyone says it’s great for anxiety yet I take one and I don’t feel a thing so. Over a year later I still have 50 of the 60 count left.
a good workout about an hour before bed (without drinking preworkout) will help you fall and stay asleep.

Hmm. I sleep lousy. If my bladder doesn't wake me 3 times a night, my blind deaf Min-pin Tin-tin does. I kind of wonder if I took something that made me sleep 6 or so hours in a row, who would go pee for me?
