So I have a brand new 2022 skeeter with 2 helix and an ultrex and they are all plugged into the 5 way switch under dash from the factory but it won't link them..anyone know why?

Idk it was factory ran and its plugged in at the 5 way switch box and I don't know where they plugged the power into
And they are brand new I'll check the updates but being brand new I would think they would have the latest update in them

If you still suspect a power possibility, unplug the power connector from the switch and meter the plug. Bob

So after spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with humminbird the tech there thinks I have a bad ethernet cable from the bow to the dash..brand new 2022 boat factory ran electronics and they want me to remove n send them Pic of the cable to get a new one sent to me...
