    P-Touch .23 white with black ink tape. I put pound test and also type of line.
    Then I cut it to length and put it on rod. I honestly can't think of a better system.

    This but on the reel so if I switch reels the info stays with the reel.

    Since I'm still searching for the BEST lines, and use many different lines, I use the blue painter's tape on the butt of the rod. If just marking pound test, you kin use electrician's decals, from Home a Dope or bLowe's.

    I fish inshore saltwater so probably not as many different combos as you guys, but about a year ago I needed to change my line on my reels. What I did was buy the braid I use (sufix) in three different strengths and three different colors, all the different strengths were the same color braid. I bought costal camo (10lb), lime green (15lb) and orange (20lb).
