Why do you think there's a new boat?....very interested.
Basscat mentioned it in another thread. I think they have been too busy to make progress on it maybe?
I am very interested. Especially since I will be looking to purchase next year and I like the Margay.
Here's the other thread where it is mentioned by BCB.......http://www.bbcboards.net/showthread.php?t=1099607
I’ve been thinking about starting a thread about this myself. In fact, came here to do it if I didn’t see anything.

Come on BCB, throw us a bone
The project was slowed because of production lead times extending 8 - 14 weeks. They are moving it ahead this week and posts will be made as it nears a date of showing.
Would love to see a spy shot of the boat.
Please God let the layout of this boat be right so I can get out of my 1988 17Vee!
It's been a month. Any updates? Then again I have no idea how long the process is to bring a new boat to market. Since it's based on the Margay hull and the top cap is only being modified that time should be cut in half right?
No updates to this yet as production needs have outweighed need for product yet unsold. We have too many present products to build and have not yet moved forwards. We release has been retimed to 2022.
But what is it? 17 foot boat?
The rumor I heard is that they were going to make the Margay with no rear deck so the front deck could be 14 feet long! Spy Photo attached:
Must be for MLF....no live wells....

How many Kevin Short's can you pack in that rod box?
Getting to the batteries should be fun!

A small rear deck could be achieved with the gas tank being installed under the floor. You could even make a removeable floor so you could service the tanks if needed. But I doubt you will ever get to that small of a back deck. Interesting photo-chop though
