What exercises do you OLD Guys do?

After viewing the thread about exercising, what do you old guys do.
Myself, I don't go to a gym or any paid exercise centre.
Don't have anything other than a treadmill and bike in the basement.
I try to get out and walk at least 3 miles at a time and do this 3 x a week.
Always have found walking was the best exercise.

I walk a mile a day, outside if I can, on treadmill if weather bad. Do some dumbbell exercises and stretches every morning.

Without any weights there are many strength exercises you can do. Pushups are a easy start, start on the stairs to build strength or on your knees. Chin ups, squats, curls. Youtube has all kinds of strength exercises that you can do with things around your house. I started doing lunges and with bags of water softener salt, also use it for shoulders.

I'm another walker and do at least 4 miles every day, usually right around sunrise, 12 months of the year no matter how cold or hot it is out.

Do not run any with the knee braces but walking is what i do a lot of. Cutting grass, yard work and just normal stuff keeps me busy and pretty active. Hardly ever see someone on a riding mower that looks like they could actually cut the yard with a walk behind. Kinda like the carts in stores for shopping.

    12 ounce curls....

I have a bike setup as a stationary that I ride if I can't go outside and ride. Try to do some situps and pushups, other calisthenics that I learned as a kid in gym class. Walk with the wife.

I use the total gym, I ride a bike, and I have a rowing machine. I don't spend tons of time on any of it but I do use them all.

I can't run anymore (knees are shot) but I have a spin bike, elliptical, dumbbells, free weights and a smith machine. I have a workout schedule that I try to do everyday (45 minutes). Alternate upper and lower body.
