I put my graphs in a Pelican case and take in the house after every fishing trip.

It can't hurt just to bring them inside.

I have a Humminbird Helix 7 in-dash that spends the winter in the boat when the boat is in storage ( 5 months) . It gets real cold here and it works fine in Spring.

I dont live in a freezing area but knowing i wouldnt be fishing again till early spring or so, i'd bring them in.....not sure how they are mounted but worst case is flush mounted and that would be may an hour of work to get them removed....just to easy and keep from having a headache in the spring time if they wouldnt happen to not work....

Graphs outside on the lake all winter in -30 weather with no problems. Been using them for years on the ice

I keep them on. Flush mounted at the dash is a pain. Sneak out for a few days each winter to fish the warm water discharges when its above freezing.
