Have you got a quote on one yet. I’ll admit that they look sharp but there’s not enough of them out there for me to really believe any reports on them yet.

Donot let 25 lbs fool you on big stone. There is 30lb sacks to be had. Def finagle the not a lake to cull for ounces on.

We’ve been going to to Roy and the surrounding lakes for years. We had two boats one day in early October. My brother and I were doing decently for smallies with drop shots and DT-10’s. Wade in the other boat was slowly dragging a tube. His cast and retrieve took forever. He was catching them almost every cast. I was stubborn and stuck with my approach. Eventually, we all had tubes on. It was the lightest bite. It was one of the best days I’ve ever had. It was the last day of the trip. We were going to be on the road by noon. We left at 2. I now have a new respect for tubes. Wade put on a clinic that day.

There was nothing at stake (hunting season and tourneys wrapped up) but my goal was a 25# bag after day one this fall. Had a battle with a one over 6, 2 over 5, and some high 4's one day.
