Thumbs Up Day 1 (technically 2?) on the St Lawrence River! Stupid wind...

I posted the short session yesterday from the first day we made it out to Lake Ontario & The St Lawrence River, and today is the first full day we had on the river. HUGE difference from our first full day last year. Last year, we had glass conditions that allowed us to run out to Main Duck Island and spend the whole day out there without any troubles. First full day this year, the winds blew 10-20 with 30+ mph gusts right out of the southwest. We knew the big lake was definitely not safe with that kind of wind (not for my boat at any rate) so we did the best we could on the river, given what she was throwing at us. Enjoy!

I'd believe it. Those fish are completely different from any other I've caught. The density of those smallies is insane...
