    Element 9 Networking

I am looking at the Raymarine Element 9's and really like the hypervision shots. With that said, I would like to run one on the front of the boat and one at the console. Can these units be networked together to share waypoints. Also, does anyone have the model number for their GPS antenna so I can see position of the boat. This is essential when fishing in deep water. Is the puck the Raymarine RS150 (E70310)? I am pretty familiar with lowrance electronics and thinking about making the switch. Thanks for the replies in advance.

The come with GPS built in, and you can network them together to share waypoints.

With the gps built in, will it show the bow of the boat heading. When the boat is sitting still on a body of water, will it show the direction of the boat or will the boat be spinning on the map? I guess that’s what I mean when I was asking about the need for the puck.

No it won’t show that! You can network in the lowrance GPS puck thru NMEA.
