Garmin Waypoint File Management compared to Lowrance

I manage several different waypoint files on my Lowrance units by exporting & importing them from the SD card installed in the unit. Is this possible to do so with a Garmin Ultra 126?

    Thanks!!!

Sure. For example, I manage all my user data with individual ADM files for each lake I fish. I have over 30 ADM files saved to SD card.

What software are you using to manage your lowrance waypoints?

Todd, what software do you use to manage the Garmin waypoints?

I can't speak for Todd but I think ExpertGPS is the best software for Lowrance units. Reefmaster is the only other one that is as good if not better than ExpertGPS but is much more expensive and has a steeper learning curve. ExpertGPS also works for Garmin units but there are few symbols that don't match up. I don't feel it is as good for Garmin units as Garmin's Homeport which is free. I feel Homeport works a little better with Garmin units since the symbols will match up and you can export in gpx and gdb format too.
