Ranger Travel Cover

What should I treat my travel cover with? It has some sun fading so I would like to try and put something on it to possibly restore the look. Thanks.

BPS has a waterproofing that I did my cover with and it darkened it and helped shed the water. For some real worn places on seams, I applied some black silicon seal. Costs $12 or so.

Rust oleum makes a waterproof spray called never wet it is really good stuff I use it on a rain suit

Thanks for the replies. So I’m reading that it’s not the normal 303? Is everyone using the blue bottle 303 or the outdoor fabric 303?

303 aerospace is one of the best out there, will make your cover look brand new!

This is a great product for anything plastic, vinyl, and other surfaces. The red bottle is 303 cleaner another multi surface cleaner. The blue bottle is the aerospace protectant. Very good on boat interior plastics and upholstery. Use 303 cleaner followed by 303 aerospace protectant for the ultimate maintenance protocol.

Check out the Bio-Kleen products I have used the 303 products and for me I prefer the Bio Kleen, not knocking 303 it is a great product.

I don’t think I wrote my description accurately. My black travel cover is looking chalky so I would like to clean/condition it with something that will make it look new again. What recommendations to condition the cover to try and get it back clean and bold again?

In my experience with 303, if you keep it dry it looks good, but if it rains, you will see where it is washing off as it leaves streaks down your boat. Don't believe me, try a little on your car first and wait till it rains and then look at your car.

Just treated mine today, looks like new. Ranger covers cost way to much to not take care of them. I use 303 on cover and seats looks great and provides needed protection

Just purchased some 303 aerospace protectant (blue) Treated my cover today and it came out beautiful. Looks like the day I picked it up. I recommended it to all who value there equipment
